Create a free account if you do not have one, then open Add funds from your dashboard.
Enter the amount
Type the amount in rupees. The minimum top-up is Rs 500.
Send the payment
Send exactly that amount with the JazzCash or Easypaisa app, or by bank transfer, to the account shown on the screen.
Upload the receipt
Take a screenshot of the successful payment and upload it on the same screen (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
Wait for the credit
Our team checks the payment and credits your wallet, usually within minutes. You will see the status in your wallet history.
Tips so your top-up is approved fast
- Send the exact amount you entered.
- Upload a clear screenshot that shows the transaction ID, amount and time.
- Do not crop out the transaction ID.
- If something looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp with the transaction ID.
Where do refunds go?
If an order is canceled or only partly delivered, the undelivered part returns to your wallet balance automatically, so you can use it on your next order. See the refund policy for the details.
