SMM (social media marketing): SMM, short for social media marketing, is the practice of promoting a person, brand or product on networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, through content, advertising, community work and, for some, paid engagement services.
Wallet: A wallet is the prepaid balance on your account. You top it up once, for example in PKR, and every order is paid from it. Wallet balance is store credit for orders, not a bank account. Payments and wallet FAQ

Price per 1,000: Price per 1,000 is how panels quote rates: the cost of 1,000 units of a service, such as 1,000 views. Your total is the quantity divided by 1,000, multiplied by the rate, and it is shown before you pay. Full price list
Minimum and maximum order: Minimum and maximum order are the smallest and largest quantities a single order of a service may have. Each service lists its own limits, and an order outside them is not accepted. Services and limits
Service: A service is one product on a panel, for example Instagram followers or TikTok views. Each service has its own price per 1,000, limits, start time, speed and refill option, so two services with the same name can differ.
Order: An order is a single purchase of a service for one link and one quantity. Once started, an order usually cannot be paused or changed, so check the link and quantity before confirming. Track an order
Public link: A public link is the web address of the profile, post or video you want to grow. It must be public, because a private account cannot receive an order. A genuine panel needs only this link, never your password.
Start count: Start count is the number of followers, likes or views your link had when the order began. Delivery is measured from it, so you can compare it with the current count to see how much has arrived.
Delivered and remaining: Delivered is how many units of an order have arrived so far, and remaining is how many are still to come. Together with the start count they show the live progress of an order in your dashboard.
Order status: Order status tells you where an order is: pending means queued, processing means delivery is running, completed means fully delivered, partial means only part arrived, and canceled or failed means nothing more will be delivered.
Partial order: A partial order is one that could only be delivered in part. On this site you are charged only for the delivered part, and the undelivered amount goes back to your wallet automatically. Refund policy
Refund: A refund returns money for an order that was canceled, failed or only partly delivered. Here it goes back to your wallet balance, not to your bank or mobile account, and completed orders are not refundable. Refund policy
Refill: A refill is a free top-up of followers or likes that dropped after delivery, available only on services that include one and only within the refill period stated for that service. Drops and refills in the refund policy
Refill period: The refill period is the number of days after an order during which a refill-backed service will replace lost followers or likes. It differs per service and is written in the service description.
Drop: A drop is the loss of followers, likes or other counts after an order has been delivered. Some drop is normal on social networks, and refill-backed services exist to replace it within their refill period.
Non-drop: Non-drop describes a service that aims to keep delivered counts from falling after delivery. It is a description of the service, not a guarantee, and it usually costs more than a basic service.
Low drop: Low drop describes a service where only a small share of the delivered count is expected to fall away afterwards. It sits between basic services, which may lose more, and non-drop services.
Drip-feed: Drip-feed spreads one order over time in repeated runs with a set interval between them, for example 100 likes per run, instead of delivering everything at once. It makes growth look gradual rather than sudden.
Start time: Start time is how long a service usually takes to begin delivering after you place the order. It is listed per service as an estimate, not a promise, and larger orders take longer to finish.
Speed: Speed is how many units a service delivers per day or per hour once it has started. It is listed per service as an estimate, and the real pace can vary with the network and the size of the order.
Basic and high-quality services: Basic and high-quality are labels for a service's account quality. Basic services are cheapest and may lose more over time, while high-quality services cost more and are meant to hold up better. Read each service description.
API: An API, or application programming interface, lets software talk to a service directly. In the SMM industry, resellers use a panel's API to place orders and read order status automatically instead of using the website.
Child panel: A child panel is a reseller's own panel website that is connected to a larger panel and uses its services and prices. The reseller sets their own rates and serves their own customers.
Reseller: A reseller buys social media services at one price and sells them to their own customers at another, often through their own panel or an API connection. Individuals and agencies also buy for their clients this way.
Engagement rate: Engagement rate is the share of your audience that interacts with a post, usually likes, comments and shares divided by followers or views, shown as a percentage. It tells you how active an audience is, not just how large. Free engagement rate calculator
Organic growth: Organic growth is audience growth that comes from people finding and following you on their own, through content quality, search and sharing, without paying for promotion. Paid services are often used to complement it.

Watch time: Watch time is the total time viewers spend watching your YouTube videos, measured in hours. It is one of the signals YouTube uses, alongside subscriber count, when checking a channel for monetization. YouTube monetization guide
